By July 2020, the Booking.com Trips Division in the UK had grown substantially and although they were on Google Workspace at the time, many employees still used Office 365. Booking.com wanted the UK division to fully migrate across to Google Workspace as a unified and collaborative way of working across the business.

We delivered a robust Change Management programme to ensure a seamless transition. We conducted “Readiness Reporting” surveys to gauge sentiment, launched a compulsory self-paced E-Learning platform, and mobilised a network of 70 Google Guides (also known as “Champions”) to support peers. This ensured staff were technically ready and culturally aligned before the switch.
