The primary challenge Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) faced was the year-on-year decline in lead conversion rates. The complexity of their siloed customer data hindered their ability to effectively track and understand customer behaviour throughout the buying journey. This, coupled with the reliance on 3rd party retailers for sales, made it difficult to provide a personalised customer experience and optimise sales efforts.
We developed and implemented Intelligent Lead Alerts, a solution designed to de-silo JLR’s customer data and provide actionable insights into customer buying behaviour. By tracking a customer's propensity to buy throughout the sales process, the solution enabled JLR to activate sales agents at the most opportune moments, leading to improved conversion rates.
