Deutsche Bank

Harmonising comprehensive security with SOC independence

Deutsche Bank faced a resource gap in executing a comprehensive security programme. They lacked the necessary internal resources to handle audits, evaluate Google tools effectively, and support critical risk and compliance functions. The bank needed to move from reliance on third parties to a model of independence but lacked the immediate strategy and personnel to get there.

We operated as a strategic partner to coach Deutsche Bank toward independence. We collaborated closely with the Chief Security Officer to design a solid security strategy and reorganised delivery mechanisms to be more agile.

Our work produced £665,600 in value per year.
