The Google.org team recognized the need for a cohesive way to communicate the full impact of its global initiatives to key opinion formers (KOFs). There was no consolidated experience or centralized report that brought this information together in a compelling, accessible format.

Solution

We collaborated with Google.org to transform its copy and data into a unified digital experience, a 50-page PDF Impact Report, and a two-sided leave-behind for events. Designed to highlight Google.org’s global reach and impact, the site was built on Google’s Brightspot CMS and enhanced with smart discoverability features, including an AI-powered conversational agent to help key audiences quickly find relevant information.

Our work showcased a number of our core capabilities, including:

AI-powered discoverability solutions: The AI-powered Impact Assistant offers multiple ways for key audiences to engage with the site's content, whether through summaries, audio, or interactive chat tailored to their individual preferences.


Content strategy involving complex narratives: Our content strategy was critical in translating a comprehensive, 50-page report into a clear, engaging narrative that supports Google.org’s mission and messaging. This approach ensured key insights were accessible and impactful for the audience, and brought more creativity and storytelling into the content itself.


Google CMS expertise & team collaboration: Our team built the new site on Google’s CMS, Brightspot, highlighting our expertise in CMS development, platform integration, and delivering advanced digital solutions. We worked closely with the Brightspot team and other tech vendors to ensure seamless integration with the existing Google.org site, demonstrating our ability to innovate and collaborate across teams.

Outcomes

Through close collaboration with Google’s development team and the agency managing site maintenance, we successfully launched the experience in September 2025.
