Separating from the Photobox Group required complex domain de-merging. Later, the acquisition of Buyagift and Red Letter Days (both on Microsoft Office) created a fragmented environment. Moonpig needed to migrate these new brands to Google Workspace and unify the group without disrupting their fast-paced, 24/7 retail operations.

We managed the technical migration and delivered a comprehensive Change Management programme. We devised a tailored communications plan with clear milestones (Pre-migration, Go-Live, Post-migration) and provided instructor-led training and video resources. We also established a dedicated support channel and now provide ongoing 3rd-level support to their internal service desk.
