Charlie is a senior leader operating at the intersection of design, technology, culture, and commerce. With over 20 years’ experience shaping digital products, platforms, and customer experiences for some of the world’s most influential companies, Charlie brings experience partnering with Google, Meta, Snap, PayPal and many more.

Today, he leads on Agentic Commerce, helping organisations reimagine how people discover, decide, and buy in a world where AI agents increasingly act on behalf of the consumer. His work focuses on building AI-native systems, from intelligent workflows and real-time decisioning platforms to automation layers that connect data, models, and customer experiences into cohesive, adaptive ecosystems. Charlie partners with global merchants and technology leaders to explore what the future of shopping looks like. His approach blends technical understanding with a strong design and cultural lens, ensuring that emerging capabilities translate into valuable, human experiences.

Alongside his commercial work, Charlie is a founding member of Flipside, a programme supporting young people from East London in building pathways into digital careers. He is also a regular speaker at global conferences and a contributor to industry publications, sharing perspectives on AI, agentic commerce, and the evolving relationship between technology and humanity.

He is a member of the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) and was named in the BIMA 100 as one of the most influential people in UK digital.
