She has played a pivotal role in growing Beyond through both organic growth and multiple mergers and acquisitions, partnering directly with the Board and senior leadership throughout.

Hannah's ability to design and deliver people strategies helps Beyond navigate complex change and embed a high-performance culture as it grows. She combines strong leadership, data-led decision-making and a willingness to get hands-on across the full People remit - from talent acquisition and HR operations to organisational development and learning and development to build an engaged, high-performing team.
