Margaux leads Qodea's innovation labs, global scaling through regional delivery centres, and the strategic integration of acquisitions, ensuring the company maintains its technical edge while scaling at pace.

She joined from Google, where she led product strategy and operations for telecommunications globally. Her time at the technology giant was preceded by an impactful tenure at McKinsey & Company serving clients across three continents from the group‘s London and CEE offices. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Computer Science.
