Product Specific Terms – Hardware Installation

  1. Supplier Obligations
    1. The Supplier shall:
      1. provide the installation services set out in the Ordering Document to the Customer; and
      2. be free to subcontract any or all of its rights under these Product Specific Terms as it sees fit.

  2. Customer Obligations
    1. The Customer shall prior to the installation date and at its own expense, comply with the Supplier's (including its subcontractors as applicable) reasonable requests in order to allow the Supplier to provide the installation services.
      ‍
  3. Charges
    1. Unless otherwise set out in the Order Form, the Supplier shall invoice the Customer on the Effective Date.
