1. Supplier shall:
   1. agree with the Customer a mutually agreeable date to conduct the Workspace Security and Governance Review;
   2. conduct a Workspace Security and Governance Review of the Customer’s Workspace domain (maximum of 1 Workspace domain) and
   3. create and present a Workspace Security and Governance Review Presentation.

1. Customer shall:
   1. provide the Supplier with a list of Customer Named Contacts to receive the Workspace Security and Governance Review Presentation; and
   2. provide the Supplier with written confirmation of the Workspace domain identity and grant the Supplier the necessary system access rights for the Supplier to conduct the Workspace Security and Governance Review.

1. Unless otherwise set out in the relevant Ordering Document, the Supplier shall invoice the Customer on the Effective Date.

1. The following definitions apply in these Product Specific Terms:

Actionable Recommendations: means a list of recommended actions provided by the Supplier to the Customer to address.

Customer Named Contact: means an authorised Customer appointed individual.

Workspace Security and Governance Review: means an assessment of the Customer’s Workspace domain to make security recommendations based on Google best practices. The review will include: Workspace core applications settings, Workspace DNS configuration, email authentication, identity and access management, user security settings and security related processes and incident management.

Workspace Security and Governance Review Presentation: means a presentation or document containing Actionable Recommendations or findings of the Workspace Security and Governance Review.
