Product Specific Terms – Workspace Tip of the Week

1.

Supplier Obligations

1.1

The Supplier shall:

(a) send via email a Workspace Tip of the Week, once a week from the Services Start Date direct to Customer’s End Users;

(b) be solely responsible for selecting the content that is included in the Workspace Tip of the Week; and

(c) include within the Workspace Tip of the Week a statement setting out that the Workspace Tip of the Week is powered by the Supplier and the option for End Users to opt-out of receiving the Workspace Tip of the Week. For the avoidance of doubt, if an End User chooses to opt-out of receiving the Workspace Tip of the Week, the Supplier shall remove that End-user from the mailing list. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no reduction in the Charges as a result of Customer’s End Users opting-out.

2.

Customer Obligations

2.1

Customer shall:

(a) provide the Supplier with the list of End Users that shall receive the Workspace Tip of the Week, subject to the cap of End Users set out in the Ordering Document; and

(b) use Workspace Tip of the Week for internal business purposes only.

3.

Charges

3.1

Unless otherwise set out in the relevant Ordering Document, the Supplier shall invoice the Customer on the Effective Date.
