Product Specific Terms – Workspace Training Season Ticket
1. Supplier Obligations
1.1. Supplier shall:
1.1.1. provide the Customer with a Workspace Training Season Ticket which entitles the Customer to a maximum of 300 Training Courses per annum. Customer’s end users are able to register for and attend Training Courses on the Training Portal;
1.1.2. provide the Customer with a monthly or weekly report which details the amount of Customer end users that have registered for Training Courses during the reporting period;
1.1.3. provide the Customer with access to the Training Feedback Dashboard; and
1.1.4. circulate to the Customer on a monthly basis an email which sets out the range of Training Courses which are available for end users to register for (“What’s On Email”).
2. Customer Obligations
2.1. Customer shall:
2.1.1. inform end users that they must enter the Customer’s name at checkout in order to use the Workspace Training Season Ticket;
2.1.2. promote internally the What’s On Email; and
2.1.3. inform the Supplier who the recipient of the What’s On Email should be and who requires access to the Training Feedback Dashboard.
3. General
3.1. Unless otherwise set out in the relevant Ordering Document, the Supplier shall invoice the Customer on the Effective Date.
3.2. All training courses are subject to the terms and conditions available at:

except for the terms regarding payment terms and credits which for the purpose of these Product Specific Terms shall not apply.
4. Definitions
4.1. The following definitions apply in these Product Specific Terms:
Training Courses: means the live, online training courses available on the Training Portal.
Training Feedback Dashboard: means a dashboard which allows the Customer to see feedback that has been provided by end users that have attended training courses.
